On-Site Catering
We can set up at your site and provide delicious smoked meat and sides on site. Our smoker provides a lovely smoke odor to tempt your guests. This requires us to set up well in advance of the guests arrival to ensure the food will be done on time, as our BBW is made with low temps, and slowly to create smoked goodness.
